Based on previous notions of an architecture existing ‘in-between’ relative extremes, ‘Three Box House’ is defined between the paradoxes of; public/private, urban/natural and open/bound. It is in between these paradoxes that a completeness of the building as a whole is achieved, a single entity in relation to nature and man which acts as a passage crossing all boundaries.
